The Project Operations Manager will assist client success teams (CST) in maintaining client and media financial reports and invoicing. Reporting to the Director of Project Operations and working with the a CST delivery lead, the work done by this individual should have a direct impact on the day-to-day work the project management/delivery team needs to run a successful project/program while also providing important data points to leadership for forecasts and decision making.

Core Skills

    • Maintaining processes and templates to ensure financial information regarding a  project/program are accurate and easily reportable 
    • Have an understanding of some key accounting principles and terms
    • Document and maintain client financial reporting requirements,  processes, and procedures
    • Maintain accurate and detailed reporting on Media allocations and spend across platforms
    • Maintain internal and external financial continuity across several platforms
    • Complete monthly client invoicing
    • Compile financial information and data to assist project management leadership team in decision making
    • Ability to manage and coordinate client-facing monthly reporting, budgeting, and re-forecasting processes
    • Coordinate with project management, business teams, and finance teams to maintain a cohesive and unified approach to client finances 
    • Present recommendations and new insights into the Director of Project Finance and project management leadership team to be shared organizational wide
    • Identify and/or create tools tools to relieve administrative challenges in the project management, media, operations, and finance teams ability to provide a higher level of service to the increasing the amount of clients, efficiency, and output
    • Onboarding and training of Business Administrator
