The Head of Solution Architect is a player-coach role involved in a full-lifecycle role that aligns customer value and outcomes throughout strategy, sales, and delivery of an omnichannel solution. The architect combines a deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with client business objectives. A vital aspect of this role is ensuring customer success and driving significant business value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering programs and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and internal teams. Mastery of the various functional capabilities across the omnichannel platform set covering data management, advanced analytics, marketing automation, and media execution is essential. All incumbents are expected to become certified in critical platforms and lead engagements with Data and AI as central themes. 

Key Requirements:

    • Drive transformative solutions that yield tangible business results for clients, particularly in Healthcare Life Sciences  
    • Collaborate with experts in Strategy, Platform teams, Experience, Technology, Data & Analytics to craft and implement high-value solutions 
    • Interface with Klick’s go-to-market teams, COE, clients, and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes
    • Provide thought leadership on new approaches, capabilities, and market trends
    • Facilitate work planning and estimation with solutions delivery lead, project management, and delivery teams
    • Communicate effectively with a broad set of client stakeholders and globally distributed teams
    • Manage and coach people, nurturing aspiring architects and technology leads

Key Qualifications:

    • 7 - 10 years of omnichannel delivery experience, with demonstrated proficiency in data management, marketing automation, and omnichannel solution delivery experience with adjacent capabilities (media, Personalization, field salesforce enablement, next best action, etc.)
    • Industry experience within Healthcare Life Sciences is a must
    • Certifications as a salesforce system architect, AWS cloud architect, Tealium, Redpoint,  Dataiku, Databricks, and Snowflake are encouraged
    • 5+ years of enterprise program management experience
    • 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in shaping and scoping large and complex projects
    • Demonstrated understanding of Enterprise Governance, ‘COEs’ & omnichannel delivery best practices
    • Understanding of the critical global deployment considerations such as data residency, CCPA, and GDPR
    • Functional understanding of the purpose and use cases for technologies and frameworks key to effective solution design (i.e. front end development, integration, analytics, security)
    • Up to 10% travel may be required
