The Media team is responsible for developing and delivering digital media campaigns to reach healthcare audiences (patients and service providers) in the US and Canada. We work across every channel: search, display, video, email, mobile and more. Klick’s goal is to shape the future of digital health and we get to be a big part of that in spreading our clients’ message. Our business is growing quickly and it’s time to add a new team member.

Ad Operations is a support role focused on the delivery of our clients ads. We work together with the media planning and project management teams to execute campaigns in a timely manner. The Ideal candidate would enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have a passion for detail and a strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities

    • Work collaboratively with media planning and project management teams to launch campaigns within a timely manner
    • Support Ad Ops team by managing the trafficking process for key clients
    • Manage creative assets in organized manner within the ad server
    • Implement third party tags and work with partners to ensure expected results
    • Support internal Quality Assurance and Editorial reviews before campaigns are set live
    • Collaborate with analytics team to ensure all tracking and tagging is working as expected
    • Communicate directly with media vending partners to ensure smooth launch of campaigns
    • Participate in inter-department meetings such as kick offs and status for various clients

    • 2+ years experience working within an ad operations type role
    • Experience managing spreadsheets, preparing reports and providing clerical support
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs software
    • Detail oriented and highly organized
    • Ability to operate under minimal supervision and a tight timeline
    • Strong work ethic with emphasis on problem resolution
    • Adaptable to work in a fast paced environment that is always changing
    • Degree or diploma in advertising, marketing, business admin or similar

    • Previous employment with a digital media agency
    • Knowledge and/or experience working within ad serving platforms
    • Google Certifications
