Most product roles keep you managing backlogs. Few give you the chance to contribute to solutions that redefine how healthcare and marketing intersect. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and wants to help shape the “why” and “what” behind the products we build.
As a Product Manager, you’ll support the development and delivery of innovative solutions, collaborating closely with senior product leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams. You’ll gain exposure to product strategy, while rolling up your sleeves to ensure day-to-day execution runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Vision: Support the definition of product goals and roadmaps aligned with business needs, client requirements, and market opportunities.
- Manage the Backlog: Write clear user stories, assist in prioritization, and ensure development efforts stay focused on delivering value.
- Bridge Business & Tech: Act as a translator between business needs and technical implementation, helping teams stay connected to real-world user challenges.
- Validate & Learn: Participate in discovery, testing, and iteration to ensure features deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with operations, data, engineering, and design teams to bring product ideas to life.
- Work with Agility: Contribute to agile processes, support sprint planning and retrospectives, and help keep teams aligned on priorities.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles (managing a SaaS product is highly preferred).
- Experience writing user stories and collaborating with technical teams.
- Comfort with data-driven decision making and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with agile practices and product development lifecycles.
- Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is a plus (experience with compliance frameworks such as FDA, HIPAA, or 21 CFR Part 11 a bonus, but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively and influence without authority.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset—you’re excited to learn and grow into increasing responsibility.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and a strong interest in exploring emerging technologies.
Why You’ll Love It
- Impact: Your work helps shape how life sciences companies connect with patients, providers, and payers.
- Growth: Direct exposure to product strategy, healthcare innovation, and advanced technology.
- Challenge + Purpose: Tackle meaningful problems that directly influence real-world outcome
- Team: Join a culture that values curiosity, ownership, and collaboration—where your contributions matter.
- If you’re a product professional who asks not only “What are we building?” but also “Why does this matter for the business and the end user?” — you’ll thrive here.
