Klick Health is seeking an Account Director to join our outstanding team of Client Service professionals. An Account Director works with their Group Account Director to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This includes working closely with clients to establish specific marketing needs and identifying business opportunities to meet these needs. Once specific needs are identified this role is responsible for helping to recognize and implement solutions that will contribute to achieving client goals. As a senior member of the team, your duties also include taking financial responsibility for your assigned projects and brand(s).

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

You’ll work with both the US and Global Client Service Account Directors and help promote a new product to HCPs. You will work with our internal Klick teams, but also be client facing. This includes working closely with clients to understand their business needs and responding in a professional and timely fashion. Our goal is to understand our clients’ needs so well that we anticipate what they need before they ask for it. You will be an integral member of our Klick team, your duties also include taking responsibility for your assigned projects and clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management and Execution

    • With the two Account Directors, manage project execution to ensure processes are being following and that projects comply with client requirements
    • Manage tight deadlines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail and flawless execution
    • Prepare weekly client documentation and actively participate in client calls
    • Liaise with ADs to communicate key decisions and client direction
    • Partner with PMO to manage project execution, and proactively identify and communicate any risks to ADs
    • Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional team executing projects with the guidance from AD
    • Be an active contributor to a positive, innovative, collaborative, and cooperative work environment

    • Be action and solution oriented at all times
    • Ensure all communications reflect the Klick standards and assist in developing a positive client experience

Strategic Alignment

    • Understand client’s business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.
    • Articulate client’s objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendations
    • Contribute to the flawless execution of the US and Global launch

QUALIFICATIONS

    • University Degree
    • 3+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry focused on HCP (Consumer experience a plus)
    • 5 years minimum business experience in digital marketing and strategy development
    • Launch experience preferred
    • Experience in digital tactics (e.g. websites, banners, emails) and execution
    • A passion for innovation in healthcare
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • A strong sense of pride in your work and desire to find solutions to challenges

Position Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
    • Travel time –up to 20% travel required with destinations mainly in the US and Canada
    • Transportation: client is in the Philadelphia area but is not near public transportation, so a car is needed
    • Valid passport is required
