What you will do

    • Optimize the CEO’s schedule, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, events, and personal commitments.
    • Maintain and manage an active electronic calendar using mobile applications for efficient scheduling.
    • Plan and manage the CEO’s business travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, visa arrangements, and itinerary preparation.
    • Coordinate travel logistics for conferences, meetings, and other engagements.
    • Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, itineraries, and agendas as required by the CEO.
    • Manage sensitive tasks and documents with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
    • Ensure all documents are accurate, well-structured, and delivered promptly.
    • Track and follow up on key projects and assignments to ensure timely execution.
    • Proactively anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide strategic administrative support.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Foster strong communication and relationships within and outside the organization.
    • Maintain and organize the filing and archiving systems for easy retrieval of corporate documents, records, and reports.
    • Attend meetings to compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes as required.

To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:

    • Exceptional English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
    • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and tact.
