We are looking for friendly and proactive Indoor Sales Agents to join our team. Your main role will be to support new users at our activation points—helping them activate their accounts, complete their KYC forms, and learn more about our product.
What You’ll Do:
- Help customers sign up and activate their accounts.
- Guide users through the KYC process.
- Explain how our product works and answer any questions.
- Provide a positive experience and represent Klivvr professionally.
- Achieve daily and weekly activation goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales in the FinTech industry, preferably in consumer finance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
