We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Communication Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand communication strategy.
This role is pivotal in enhancing brand identity, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in brand storytelling, media relations, Campaigns execution and team leadership to drive impactful communication initiatives.
What you will do
- Create and execute a comprehensive brand communication strategy to strengthen brand identity and increase awareness.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all communication platforms, including PR, social media, and digital channels.
- Oversee the execution of engaging and high-quality content that reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and values.
- Build and nurture media relationships, including managing press releases, media pitches, and handling crisis communication effectively.
- Lead and mentor the brand communications team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Work closely with product, growth, and other teams to align communication efforts with broader business goals.
- Monitor the performance of communication strategies, leveraging insights to optimize effectiveness.
To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in brand communication, PR, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand communication strategies.
- Strong understanding of ATL Communication, social media, digital platforms, and PR best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong media relations experience, including managing crisis communication.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
