We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter with a strong background in mass hiring to join our People & Culture team. This role is critical in scaling our workforce efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on high-volume recruitment, ensuring that open roles are filled with top talent within set timelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and results-driven, with a proven ability to manage large-scale recruitment campaigns across multiple functions.

What you will do

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a high number of qualified candidates.
    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
    • Conduct initial interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Coordinate and support recruitment events, job fairs, and mass hiring campaigns.
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipelines, and reports.
    • Monitor and optimize recruitment performance metrics to ensure hiring targets are met.

To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, with at least 1 year focused on high-volume hiring.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in using ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
    • Experience in fintech startups, recruitment agencies, or other high-growth environments is a strong advantage.
