We are hiring a Revenue Enablement Specialist to play a critical role in fueling Klue's revenue growth 🚀

As a member of our Revenue Enablement team, this individual will collaborate with our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to make sure our revenue crew has what they need (gadgets, gizmos, and know-how to charm the socks off our customers (figuratively, of course).

In this role, you'll be supporting our entire GTM function including SDR, Sales, Customer Success, and Win-Loss Revenue teams. You will work closely with GTM teams to strategize and execute programs that increase buyer engagement, improve productivity, and boost revenue.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Working with GTM teams to whip up strategies that make our revenue team look like rockstars
    • Creating content that's as engaging as a late-night tweet storm but way more productive
    • Leading the charge on onboarding and making sure our enablement process is smoother than peanut butter
    • Keeping our Enablement and Demo boards fresh and valuable to revenue teams
    • Building things within our enablement system with scalability top of mind
    • Tracking the heck out of metrics and KPIs to show off just how much of a difference you're making

This is You:

    • Revenue-Focused: A revenue-focused brain that's always tuned into what's best for our customers and Klue. Maybe you've been in a revenue role in the past
    • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision-making, and the ability to draw insights from analytics. You’ve had integrations experience with revenue tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Highspot and Seismic. Prompting knowledge, interest, or experience is desirable, as is coding, knowledge of java script, LLMs, etc
    • Builder Mentality: Someone who thrives in an environment where you’re expected and given ownership and the opportunity to build. Our ideal person will lean into ambiguity and will constantly evaluate, iterate and pivot based on observations.
    • Growth Mindset: you're authentic and self-aware. Humble and coachable. Take risks and learn from mistakes. You’re a "self-starter" who likes to take initiative and run with complex projects. In fact, it's your default setting.
    • Time & Project Manager: You're used to juggling multiple (and often competing) projects. You are organized, and know how to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
    • Outstanding Communicator: This role involves a lot of communication (both verbal & written). This person will be a strong storyteller and be able to convey complex ideas with clarity and precision
    • Design and Creativity: A keen eye for design, ensuring materials (onboarding and enablement) are not only informative but also captivating and compelling.
    • Problem-Solver: Resourceful and innovative. You're able to think outside the box and address challenges creatively.
    • Connector: Strong ability to build rapport, read the room, and engage in active listening, fostering trust and mutual respect among team members and stakeholders.

How We Work:

    • Hybrid. Best of both worlds (remote & in-office)
    • Our main Canadian hubs are in Vancouver and Toronto, and most of our teams are located in EST and PST.
    • You and your team will be in office at least 2 days per week.

Total Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive salary

    • Time off. Take what you need. We want the team to prioritize wellness and avoid burnout. Vacation usually falls into 3 categories: recharging, life-event, & keeping a work-life balance. Just ensure the required work gets done and clear it with your team in advance. You need to take at least two weeks off every year. The average Klue team member takes 2-4 weeks of PTO per year.

$65,000 - $70,000 a year
We gather compensation benchmarking data across the BC & Canadian Tech Industry and use that data to build a range for our current team and future talent. Your exact salary is determined by experience level, skill, capabilities, and internal pay parity.
