We are looking to add a Competitive Support Specialist to our sales team. What, you may ask, does a Competitive Support Specialist do? Let's talk about you first:

This is You:

    • All around generalist - you can understand different departments, roles, and see-through various lenses 
    • You are a big picture thinker but are ok getting into the nitty-gritty details too
    • You are a strong communicator and thrive in client-facing roles
    • Intrigued by the world of competitive intelligence and want to become an expert
    • Have an eye for design and are confident using tools like Canva, Google Slides & Sheets, Adobe, etc to create assets
    • Want to be in the start-up world, thrive on change and hyper-growth
    • Passionate and articulate, never afraid to speak your mind

This is what you’ll be responsible for day-to-day:

    • Pre-sales consulting - conducting evaluations and presenting results to prospects 
    • Creating content and supporting sandbox trials for the Account Executive team on request 
    • Maintaining industry-specific Klue assets and resources 
    • Cross-functional work with Customer Success, Product Marketing and Data Operations 
    • Active participant and contributor to the sales team as whole through process improvement, training and support
