STARC Systems, a globally recognized leader in industrial temporary modular wall systems, is seeking an ERP/CRM Integration Administrator to join their team in Brunswick, Maine!
This newly created position will manage and optimize our core cloud-based business systems, including ERP (Acumatica), CRM (Salesforce), and integration platforms (Workato).
We are looking for a hands-on integration and systems administrator with experience in ERP, CRM, and integration tools to support our business operations. This role requires someone who understands how business systems apply to manufacturing processes and can wear multiple hats—ranging from system configuration and support to process automation and user training. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring that our technology stack supports efficiency, scalability, and business growth.
This role requires technical expertise, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills to provide consistent support across the organization.

Requirements for the Integration Administrator:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Certifications in Salesforce (Administrator, CPQ) a plus
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, with a strong emphasis on cloud-based applications primarily Salesforce however the role will require supporting Acumatica and Workato long term so experience with ERP and integration tools is a strong plus
- Experience with data warehouse architecture and tools like PowerBI a plus
- Hands-on experience with Workato or similar integration tools, managing workflow automation, and ensuring data interoperability across applications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and devise secure, efficient solutions
- Ability to create meaningful, actionable reporting dashboards across systems to support data-driven decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in cloud environments, with experience implementing security protocols and managing compliance requirements
- Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) for managing service requests and incidents
- Scripting or automation skills in languages such as PowerShell, Python and any native languages to the systems being supported (Salesforce, Acumatica, Workato, etc.)
Responsibilities of the Integration Administrator:
- ERP Administration (Acumatica)
- Manage and support the Acumatica ERP system, ensuring it meets business needs.
- Optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and configure modules as needed.
- Work with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to enhance ERP functionality.
- CRM Administration (Salesforce)
- Maintain and improve Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
- Customize fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards to support sales, marketing and customer service.
- Provide training and support to users.
- Systems Integration & Automation (Workato)
- Manage and build integrations between ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow.
- General IT & Business Systems Support
- Act as a go-to resource for business systems troubleshooting.
- Assist with software updates, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system needs and improvements.
