Maine Molecular Quality Controls, Inc. (MMQCI) is seeking a Control Production Technician - 1st Shift to be based in their Saco, Maine warehouse.  

Requirements of the Control Production Technician:

    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
    • Prior experience with pipetting.
    • Prior experience in a laboratory setting or as a lab assistant a plus.
    • Excellent fine motor skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Experience in a GMP or ISO quality system industrial environment desired.
    • Must be a nonsmoker due to product contamination prevention requirements.

Responsibilities of the Control Production Technician:

    • Accurately and efficiently fills small tubes and bottles with MMQCI products according to written, detailed procedures.  
    • Carefully assembles small tubes, bottles, and caps using aseptic technique. 
    • Performs product kitting. 
    • Collaborates with manufacturing team in scheduling product filling and kitting in a timely manner. 
    • Performs visual inspection of product at various stages of production. 
    • Documents all work with 100% accuracy in a timely manner.
