Trillium Engineering is seeking an Office Manager, to be based in the Falmouth, ME office.
Requirements of the Office Manager:
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, and MS Office
- Experience working with contracts and proposals
- Able to handle confidential material with discretion
- Knowledge of A/P, A/R and basic bookkeeping
- Must be able to commute to the Falmouth office, Monday through Friday
- Efficiently communicate verbally and in writing with Clients and vendors

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- General office administration of a small and thriving office
- HR duties, to include onboarding, employee handbook updates, maintaining employment files, timesheets and expense maintenance
- Bi-weekly payroll processing
- General billing, collections, invoicing, Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Responsible for the firm’s banking, to include credit card payments, oversight of several bank accounts and handling deposits
- Annual Report filing for multiple states
- Reception duties/phones/mail
