WW Flooring Group is seeking a Production Color Specialist to work in their state-of-the-art Finishing line. This position you will be working with high quality wood flooring using expertise in various finishes and techniques to create a high-quality finished product. This job is in Syracuse, NY

Requirements of the Production Color Specialist:
- Experience in color matching preferred
- Expertise in various wood finishing techniques
- Strong understanding of coating materials
- Ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and results driven
- Ideally experience in the Cabinet or Flooring Industry
- Shift hours: 6am – 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities of the Production Color Specialist:
- Report to Director of Manufacturing
- Develop color working hand in hand with chemical supplier and production team
- Monitor operations to ensure quality standards are upheld in all aspects of the finishing process
- Select and apply appropriate coatings (e.g., Stains, sealers, etc.) based on product requirements
- Identify and resolve coating defects
- Experience in Color preferred – to perform in this position you need to have an “eye” for color
