Accounting and Administrative Specialist

Knowles Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Accounting and Administrative Specialist to work in their Gorham, Maine office.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Experience with payroll processing, ADP experience is a plus
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Advanced data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite fulltime in Gorham, Maine

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process weekly payroll using ADP
- General accounting responsibilities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Accounts Receivable functions including preparingand sending invoices
- Accounts Payable functions including processing and entering invoice approvals
- Bank Reconciliations
- Job cost reporting
- Prepare pre-qualifications and assemble bid packages
- Answering/Managing vendor inquiries as required
- Assist with Human Resources related functions
- Provide Administrative support as needed
