Maine Molecular Quality Controls, Inc. (MMQCI) is seeking a Assembly/Kitting Assistant  to be based in their Saco, Maine warehouse. 

Requirements of the Assembly/Kitting Assistant:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Prior experience in a laboratory setting or as a lab assistant a plus.
    • Familiarity with a clean room environment preferred.
    • Excellent fine motor skills, accuracy, and attention to detail required.
    • Experience in a GMP or ISO quality system industrial environment desired.
    • Must be a nonsmoker due to product contamination prevention requirements.

Responsibilities of the Assembly/Kitting Assistant:

    • Carefully assembles small tubes, bottles, and caps using aseptic technique.
    • Accurately and quickly aligns labels on small tubes and bottles by hand.
    • Quickly and precisely aligns labels on small kit boxes and places tubes or bottles in kit box following written, detailed instructions.
    • Assists in product filling by performing staging, opening and closing tubes pre- and post-filling.
    • Documents all work with 100% accuracy in a timely manner.
