Stroudwater Associates seeking a Project Coordinator, to be based in the Portland, ME office.

 
Project coordination & management for both internal and external client-facing projects. 
The project coordinator will be expected to spend approximately 20% of their time supporting the firm and Managing Director specific initiatives, with direction from the Managing Director.  An additional 20% of the Project Coordinator’s time can be expected to support Stroudwater’s analytics service line.  The remaining 60% of the Project Coordinator’s time will be spent on both client facing and non-client facing projects.      

Requirements of the Project Coordinator:

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize work and manage multiple assignments concurrently
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentations skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Teams; GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Zoom and file management platforms.
    • Experience with project management and CRM/ERP software; Salesforce/Kimble experience a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to resolve and remove barriers professionally, strong interpersonal relationship skills  
    • Ability to work under deadlines
    • Ability to work in a remote team environment
    • No travel required
    • Associates/Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education & experience.  Project Management Professional (“PMP”) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

    • Understand the scheduling and delivery interdependencies of a client engagement and key firmwide administrative initiatives
    • Prepare, customize, and deliver project plans and timelines in collaboration with the project lead/team to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Work with the project and administrative leadership to ensure deliverables are met
    • Utilize Project Management tools and software to monitor and report on status of projects and customize dashboards and reports as necessary.
    • Prepare, submit, and follow-up on project data and information requests in collaboration with the project Lead/team
    • Schedule/coordinate meetings, interview schedules, and presentations as directed by project/administrative leadership 
    • Track and monitor project budgets as directed by project/administrative leadership
    • Assist project Lead/team to develop and submit project interim status updates and reports
    • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
