Dover, NH
Raiche and Company is seeking an Office Manager, to be based in the Dover, NH office.
Requirements of the Office Manager:
- Office administrative experience, preferably within a CPA, Law or Medical firm
- Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite
- Must be willing to work overtime, as well as half days every other Saturday, during tax season
- Proficient in QuickBooks and/or tax preparation platforms
- Ability to multitask and present themselves in a professional manner
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Providing general administrative functions for the Dover office, to include office supply ordering, assisting with client letters, and internal communication
- Processing tax returns and financial statements for clients
- Electronic filing of tax returns with the IRS and State Tax Agencies
- Oversight of bank deposits and petty cash
- Invoicing and collecting payments from clients and oversight regarding the monthly billing process
- Maintenance of client archives
- Administration of small claims court cases
- Answering phones and dealing with the public daily
- Supervision and review of other Administrative Professionals in the Dover office
