TC Hafford Basement Systems is seeking an General Labor Installers to join their growing team based out of Wells, Maine.
Requirements of the General Labor Installers:
- Experience working on a construction site
- 2+ years of concrete (forming and/or flatwork) experience preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of basic power tools
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Reliable transportation to work a must
Benefits of the Job:
- Weekly hourly pay plus weekly performance pay
- $18-20 per hour
- Ability to earn $60,000 - $90,000 annually when combined with performance pay

Responsibilities of the General Labor Installers:
- Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job
- Travel to the customer’s home and install the job within guidelines
- Communicate with customers as needed to ensure their understanding of the work and their satisfaction
- Follow safety guidelines at all times
- Strong attention to quality and efficiency
- Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company
