TC Hafford Basement Systems is seeking an General Labor Installers to join their growing team based out of Wells, Maine. 

Requirements of the General Labor Installers:

    • Experience working on a construction site
    • 2+ years of concrete (forming and/or flatwork) experience preferred but not required
    • Working knowledge of basic power tools
    • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
    • Reliable transportation to work a must

Benefits of the Job:

    • Weekly hourly pay plus weekly performance pay
    • $18-20 per hour
    • Ability to earn $60,000 - $90,000 annually when combined with performance pay

Responsibilities of the General Labor Installers:

    • Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job
    • Travel to the customer’s home and install the job within guidelines
    • Communicate with customers as needed to ensure their understanding of the work and their satisfaction
    • Follow safety guidelines at all times
    • Strong attention to quality and efficiency
    • Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company
