Player Design, Inc is seeking a Project Administrator, to be based in their Westbrook, Maine office.  

Requirements of the Project Administrator:

    • 3-5 years experience with a proven track record as a Project Administrator
    • Project administration skills, including project scheduling and cost tracking
    • Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite. Experience with Microsoft Projects preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Meticulous organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
    • Ability to commute to Westbrook, ME Monday through Friday.
    • Some travel may be required.

Benefits of the Job:

    • Annual pay in the range of $55,000 to $65,000

Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:

    • Work with and support the Project Manager to ensure the project is executed safely, on time, and budget and in compliance with contract requirements.
    • Maintain physical and digital records to support project execution.
    • Measure and report on project performance
    • Prepare project reports and presentations
    • Prepare contract change notices, renewals and terminations as necessary
    • Act as a contact point for internal and external project participants
    • Monitor project progress and alert Project Manager to potential issues
    • Attend all project meetings, take notes, distribute for review and confirmation, and maintain records
    • Foster positive and productive client relationships
Player Design, Inc is a leader in solid fuel energy systems and industrial drying systems. This position reports to the Project Manager and will be responsible for supporting them in all administrative functions and processes necessary to successfully execute Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects.
