Customer Service and Shipping Lead
Topsham, ME
Our client is seeking a Customer Service and Shipping Lead, to be based in their Topsham, ME office.
Requirements of the Customer Service and Shipping Lead:
- Input customer orders into ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and completed in a timely manner.
- Serve as main point of contact for customers and sales reps., responding to inquiries regarding orders, quotations, and product information, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
- Process incoming shipments by verifying product counts against the shipping documentation and shelve inventory
- Process and fulfill customer orders,in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations, pack and weigh items, print shipping labels and prepare packages for pickup by FedEx.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing and distributing sales reports and sales quotes.
- Maintain inventory of sales materials and marketing items, and coordinate their distribution as needed.
- Ability to commute to Topsham, ME on Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Shipping Lead:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
