Lotfey Dennett is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their growing boutique insurance agency based in Portland, Maine. This role can be remote or hybrid for candidates in New England.

Requirements of the Commercial Insurance Account Manager:
- Active P&C license required.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for improving the client experience and internal processes with technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- EZLynx Management System experience preferred.
- Must be based in New England for ease of occasional travel to the Portland,ME office for team meetings.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary. Range starts at $75k
- Bonus potential based on agency performance

Responsibilities of the Commercial Insurance Account Manager:
- Serves and grows the book of assigned clients by providing extraordinary service, educating the client, identifying revenue growth opportunities and generating referrals.
- Manage client renewals and handle ongoing servicing requests.
- Seek opportunities to round out existing accounts to fill any voids in the customers insurance portfolio.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide a high level of service for a variety of clients.
- Utilize EZLynx management system as the primary source of maintaining client information and policy management.
- Support team members and perform other duties and projects as assigned.
