Central Maine Motors Auto Group is seeking an IT Manager to be based in their Waterville, Maine location.
Requirements of the IT Manager:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft 365 implementation and administration experience
- Experience with vmWare and Layer 3 Switch administration
- Experience working with technology infrastructure in a regulated environment preferred

Responsibilities of the IT Manager:
- Oversee and lead the IT infrastructure for the company by providing insight, solution, strategy, and process
- Provide highly responsible and technical support to end users
- Ensure highly reliable and available infrastructure to support the organization
- Review and evaluate emerging technologies for practical application
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices, and policies and procedures
- Facilitate implementation and administration of Microsoft 365
- Facilitate vmWare and Layer 3 Switch administration
- Provide training to end users
