Hazelwood Handyman, Inc., a division of Spang Builders, has an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join our well established, high-end residential construction company based in Kennebunkport, Maine.
Hazelwood Handyman, Inc. is a small, family-owned construction and handyman company, owned and operated by Timothy Spang of Spang Builders, Inc. and a trusted name in residential and commercial property maintenance and remodeling.
The Project Manager is a key customer-facing role responsible for overseeing all maintenance and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction knowledge and willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high demand clients.

- Salary $100k- $120k commensurate with experience
Requirement of the Project Manager:
- Extensive knowledge of high-end residential construction, maintenance and remodeling
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, subcontractors and vendors
- Strong time and task management skills
- Computer / technology proficiency (BuilderTrend or similar estimating software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to work as a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Communicate with clients on determining project scope, timeline and providing estimates
- Daily communication with crew, customers, subcontractors and vendors
- Collaboration with owner, co-workers, customers and various subcontractors/vendors to ensure project progression
- Management and oversight of multiple properties and projects
- Manage crew to ensure property safety protocols and craftsmanship
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with various municipalities and understanding of permitting processes
