Office Administrator (part-time)
Billerica, MA
Nappa Electrical Contractors is seeking a part-time Office Administrator, to be based in their Billerica, MA office.
Requirements of the Office Administrator:
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional and courteous phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast, eager learner who can multi-task
- Ability to organize and maintain meticulous records
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize & manage your daily tasks
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Ability to handle standard office equipment (Multi-line Phone system, Printers, Scanner etc.)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to commute to Billerica, MA on Monday through Friday, 25 hours per week.
Benefits of the Job:
- Hourly pay in the range of:$22.00 - $26.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Greet guests, answer calls, general questions and route to appropriate individuals
- Maintain reception area and keep conference rooms, kitchen and common areas tidy
- Maintain company directory & various internal Excel documents
- Receive, sort and distribute mail
- Process & distribute Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests
- Maintain Employee, AP/AR & Vendor Files, including filing documents and year-end change over
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform occasional offsite administrative errands & duties as requested
