TC Hafford Basement Systems is seeking a working Foreman to join their growing team based out of Wells, Maine. 

Requirements of the Foreman:

    • At least 1 year of team management experience
    • Working knowledge of basic power tools
    • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
    • Reliable transportation to work a must

Benefits of the Job:

    • Weekly hourly pay plus weekly performance pay
    • $30 - $42 per hour after bonus
    • Ability to earn $75k - $95k annually with performance pay included

Responsibilities of the Foreman:

    • Manage 1 to 3 team members
    • Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job
    • Travel to the customer’s home and install the job within guidelines
    • Communicate with customers as needed to ensure their understanding of the work and their satisfaction
    • Follow safety guidelines at all times
    • Strong attention to quality and efficiency
    • Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company
