About the Role
We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in our Los Angeles Corporate Office, reporting to the Human Resources (HR) Manager. You’ll contribute to the success of the business through a variety of administrative activities and close collaboration with both the Human Resources department and other areas of the business as needed. We’re looking for someone with independent judgment and ability to execute job duties with basic instructions. Professionalism and confidentiality as a representative of the organization are imperative to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Execute general administrative activities, including meeting and travel coordination, verbal and written correspondence through large-volume phone calls and emails; mail sorting and distribution to the team; and office inventory management
- Assist with administrative overflow and special projects from other departments as needed
- Act as a liaison with other departments and locations
- Interface with all levels of the organization, including the leadership team. Handle confidential and non-routine information
- Co-manage new hire onboarding through assistance with paperwork processing. Coordinate and participate in new hire orientation sessions, as appropriate
Experiences & Skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Proficient with Apple products, MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Suite. Must be comfortable working with spreadsheets
Qualities & Preferences
- 1+ years of office administrative experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Positive attitude and mindset - being open to learning and taking on new challenges
- Self-confidence and professional presence to effectively liaise with key internal and external team members and contacts
