Reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth, the Growth Manager (Paid Social) will execute and optimize the strategic direction of our paid social channels. They will manage the daily operations to meet customer acquisition, revenue, and traffic targets. They will be responsible for crafting and spearheading creative strategy by channel and audience cohort. They will contribute innovative ideas to grow and expand channel growth and significantly improve KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR). Responsibilities

    • Optimize channel performance to meet weekly targets by collaborating with the channel specialists
    • Analyze the performance of Paid Social activities, creating and presenting audits that result in optimal performance and stakeholder buy-in
    • Oversee the implementation of Paid Social campaign strategies to ensure the utmost quality with accurately forecasted results (ROI, customer acquisition, advertising spent)
    • Perform weekly operations such as cross-functional reporting, pacing, campaign set-up, and account hygiene checks 
    • Partner with vendor partners (ie Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) and additional key external vendors to deliver high-impact initiatives and identify opportunities that result in achieving predefined metrics
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to jointly deliver projects successfully while creating best in the industry processes
    • Work closely with Senior Manager, Growth, to build quarterly and annual roadmap for Paid Social

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • 3-4 years of relevant experience in Paid Social channels such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube
    • Agency experience is a strong asset
    • Strong experience in Meta is strongly preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of direct-response marketing 
    • Brand/upper-funnel marketing experience is a plus 
    • Knowledge of testing methodologies (Lift Studies, Incrementality, etc)
    • Understanding of different attribution models (Last Click, Multi-touch, etc)
    • Experience optimizing against third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, Amplitude, Rockerbox, etc)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
