Knix is actively seeking a visionary Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead our customer acquisition and performance marketing strategies.  In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maximizing our efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and elevating our new customers' Lifetime Value (LTV). We are looking for a dynamic individual with a data-driven, strategic mindset fueled by a passion for developing and deploying the most effective and innovative full-funnel multi-channel initiatives that drive measurable results and propel our brand to new heights of success.

Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with Knix's business objectives, leveraging attribution modelling, market insights, customer data, and industry trends. 
    • Accountability: Align customer acquisition plans to the P&L budget through forecasting and management of CAC, LTV: CAC, ad spend, ROAS, new customer revenue and new customer count
    • Ownership: Responsible for new customer acquisition targets and leading efforts to acquire new customers through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, and customer acquisition channels while optimizing cost per acquisition (CPA) and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
    • Develop: Lead and develop a team of performance marketing experts, driving a culture of continual analysis, testing, experimentation, and optimization. 
    • Own: Create multi-touch Omni channel strategies overseeing digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, paid search and SEO, etc) and offline media, including TV, OOH, podcast, audio, and direct mail.
    • Manage: Manage a significant budget, working with Finance, Planning and Analytics to track, forecast and report on results. Lead the strategic direction of paid performance initiatives, optimizing the channel/campaign/journey mix to achieve company targets while ensuring the next dollar is spent most efficiently.
    • Experiment and Scale: Develop a hypothesis-driven testing roadmap that scales marketing budgets and channels while maintaining core performance metrics.
    • Retain and scale loyalty: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer retention and loyalty programs, ensuring long-term engagement and lifetime value (LTV) optimization.
    • Content Conceptualization and Planning: Work closely with our content and solution marketing teams to conceptualize and plan creative content and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive growth. Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content initiatives.

Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with direct experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
    • 5+ years of leading high-performing digital marketing teams, ideally in a DTC/Retail brand
    • Full funnel experience, managing a variety of channels including paid social (Facebook, Pinterest, Tiktok), Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TV (linear, streaming), audio (radio, podcasts, Spotify), direct mail, affiliate and SEO
    • Agile decision-making and ability to formulate a strong POV and adjust plans strategically in a changing environment
    • Experience with attribution and mixed media models
    • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a test-and-learn mindset
