About You
- You are a dynamic and data-driven marketer with a passion for driving growth through search engine marketing and search engine optimization.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to dive into data to uncover actionable insights.
- You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our SEM strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and overall business success.
- You'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and analytics teams to execute campaigns that drive results and impact.
The Opportunity
- Take ownership of Knix's SEM strategy, including keyword research, campaign planning, and budget management, to drive continuous improvement and growth.
- Develop and execute SEM campaigns and SEO optimization and opportunities across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing, with experience leveraging insight tools like SEM Rush, Ahrefs, etc. to ensure alignment with Knix's overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Dive deep into performance data to analyze campaign effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations to improve scalability while maintaining CAC and driving up ROAS.
- Implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies to improve campaign performance, including ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
- Work closely with our marketing, product, analytics teams and SEO agency to align SEM and SEO efforts with broader business goals and initiatives keeping stakeholders informed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new tools to continually innovate and improve Knix's SEM and SEO strategy and growth efforts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in search engine marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful SEM campaigns (experience with SEO would be considered a bonus).
- Experience with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer, Google AdWords, Looker.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative SEM strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
