Business and Sales Leadership Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee the Store Manager and their team at the Toronto Premium Outlet store, providing guidance and support to drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences specific to outlet store clientele.
    • Develop and implement strategies tailored to the outlet store environment to maximize sales volume, monitor outlet-specific KPIs, and pivot as needed based on outlet store performance and market trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support outlet-specific marketing initiatives and special events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.
    • Maintain operational excellence at the outlet store by overseeing inventory management, visual standards, and store operations to create a world-class shopping experience for outlet shoppers.

Team Development and Leadership Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and store teams at the Toronto Premium Outlet, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the outlet store setting.
    • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to support professional growth and development tailored to outlet store operations and clientele.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment at the outlet store where team members feel empowered and motivated to exceed outlet-specific targets and deliver exceptional customer service to outlet shoppers.

Strategic Planning and Execution Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute outlet store-specific strategies that align with Knix's brand vision and business goals, leveraging outlet store opportunities to drive category-specific sales growth and market engagement.
    • Analyze outlet store trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities within the Toronto Premium Outlet environment to identify opportunities for outlet-specific product offerings, brand positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Support the openings and operations of future outlet stores, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and execution from an operational and merchandising perspective tailored to outlet store operations.

Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably overseeing multiple stores or a large store volume, with a track record of driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the outlet store environment.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outlet-specific targets and exceed customer expectations unique to outlet shoppers.
    • Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, and problem-solving within the outlet store setting to produce optimal results and drive continuous improvement tailored to outlet store operations would be considered a strong assetOpen availability to ensure outlet store business needs are met, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
