The Knix Data + Analytics team is looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to join our organization to help unlock insights that take our business to the next level. You will implement a brand-new web analytics solution and a customer data platform by partnering with key stakeholders. You will partner with key stakeholders to dive deep into the business challenges and identify insights that will drive product and merchandising strategy. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, as well as outstanding business acumen. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building teams and growing individuals.

The Opportunity

    • Develop and implement a roadmap for a brand-new Web Analytics and the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
    • Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Product and Technology teams to define business KPIs, conduct deep-dive analysis, and make recommendations.
    • Define and develop dashboards and visualization for key metrics and KPIs.
    • Build and maintain regular and ad hoc dashboards and tailored visualizations that help teams make data-driven decisions.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to dive deep into the business challenges and identify insights that will drive product, Merchandising and Marketing strategy.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience with Marketing and Product Analytics platforms (Amplitude/GA/Adobe).
    • 3-5 years of experience implementing digital analytics tracking solutions and deep knowledge/experience with data schema and tag management systems is a must.
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders in Product, UX, Marketing, BI, Engineering.
    • Knowledge and experience in SQL, Looker is a plus
