As a Part-Time Stock Associate, you're the engine that keeps the store running. From the moment product arrives, you ensure it flows seamlessly from the Stockroom to the Sales floor. You thrive on organization, have a sharp eye for merchandising, and take pride in maintaining our Visual Brand Standards. While the Stockroom may be your primary zone, you’re flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed to support the team and create an outstanding customer experience

Responsibilities:

    • Own the flow of product: You process shipments with speed and accuracy, manage replenishment, execute markdowns, and support merchandising efforts to keep the Sales floor fully stocked and looking sharp.
    • Keep it organized: You maintain an efficient, clean, and organized Stockroom — from merchandise and fixtures to marketing and visual props.
    • Support visual excellence: You have a keen eye for detail and flag merchandising opportunities to leadership, collaborating on solutions to improve presentation and shopability.
    • Be a team player: You’re always ready to pitch in, whether it’s helping a teammate on the floor or supporting a customer who needs a hand.
    • Prioritize safety: You follow all Asset Protection protocols and store policies, maintaining a safe and secure environment for both team and customers.

Qualifications

    • Previous experience in customer service is considered an asset, but above all else, you are great with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • A warm demeanour with a “get it done” approach.
    • You love being part of a team and are a great collaborator.
    • Resourceful with a keen ability to effectively resolve customer issues.
    • An affinity for our product line and a belief in the Knix mission!.

Eligibility Requirements

    • Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older
    • Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs
    • Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift.
