 We are looking to build our team with a Recruiter, reporting into our People Operations Manager. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both clinical and corporate roles, work closely with hiring managers and leaders to identify talent needs, source candidates, and ensure a best in class experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. 

Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and corporate positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. 
    • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a strong candidate pipeline. 
    • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and create effective recruitment strategies. 
    • Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication, offering timely feedback, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. 
    • Process Orientation: Implement and adhere to structured recruitment processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in hiring. 
    • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively source and attract top talent. 
    • Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to continuously improve the recruitment process. 
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process. 
    • ATS Management: Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate pipelines, and enhance overall efficiency. 

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong background in clinical and/or corporate hiring. 
    • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. 
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (experience with Lever is a plus)  
    • Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms. 
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. 
    • Highly organized with a process-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. 
    • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. 
    • Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing metrics to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes. 
$85,000 - $100,000 a year
