The Head of Clinical Integration & Quality is the engine behind clinical quality at scale. You’ll lead the development and execution of knownwell’s clinical quality infrastructure—defining clinician competency standards, evaluation frameworks, and training programs that ensure every clinician is equipped to deliver gold-standard metabolic and primary care. You’ll drive cross-site standardization, develop and evolve SOPs, lead internal audits, and ensure ongoing clinical outcome achievement.  You’ll also help lay the groundwork for external audit preparedness and future clinical accreditation efforts, positioning knownwell to meet the highest externally recognized standards of care delivery.

Your work will directly support regional medical leaders in achieving quality-based incentives through our Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) partnerships—building systems that not only ensure compliance, but also enable performance.

Alongside this core focus, you’ll also lead the clinical readiness strategy for mergers, acqusitions, and new site openings—ensuring these locations meet compliant staffing models, adhere to state and local regulatory requirements, and are prepared for future inspections or audits. Working closely with medical and clinical leadership, operations, recruiting, and legal/compliance, you’ll lead initiatives to ensure each knownwell clinic launch is safe, smooth, and fully aligned with knownwell’s mission to deliver inclusive, evidence-based care.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence, operational execution, and scalable systems—and who’s ready to shape the future of inclusive, evidence-based care.
