About the team and what we’ll build together
We are seeking a strategically driven and outcome-obsessed VP Product to lead our product strategy and execution across a suite of loyalty technology products. You will oversee a team of Product Managers and play a critical role in ensuring our platform delivers measurable value to both our clients and their customers. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of B2B2C dynamics—balancing enterprise stakeholder needs with user adoption and experience. You’ll be responsible for aligning senior stakeholders on the strategy, economics, and timing of product investments, while continually monitoring the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings remain differentiated and revenue-generating.

How you will make an impact

    • Drive Commercially-Aligned Product Strategy: You will own and articulate product strategies that connect clearly to revenue paths—via new sales, upsells, and platform retention—while aligning stakeholders on investment trade-offs and business outcomes.
    • Elevate Client and User Value: You will ensure every product decision considers the needs of our clients’ business, marketing, technology, and operational stakeholders - driving platform adoption, satisfaction, and long-term impact.
    • Champion Stakeholder Alignment: You will engage senior leaders early in the lifecycle to align on product purpose, financial impact, and delivery expectations—ensuring clarity and commitment before resources are allocated.
    • Stay Ahead of the Market: You will continuously scan the market, analyze competitive landscape, and incorporate voice of market from BD, client services, and go-to-market activities to inform our product roadmap and sustain our position as a leader in loyalty technology.
    • Embed Discipline in Product Operations: You will strengthen planning, prioritization, governance, and measurement practices that drive speed-to-value and visibility across the product lifecycle.
    • Lead a High-Performing Product Team: You will lead and coach a team of Product Managers, providing direction, accountability, and support in delivering high-impact product outcomes.

How you will be measured

    • Revenue Impact: Contribution of new and enhanced products to net new sales, upsells, and platform retention.
    • Client & User Value Creation: Evidence of product-driven improvements in client satisfaction, end-user engagement, and outcome delivery.
    • Stakeholder Alignment Effectiveness: Speed and quality of executive buy-in at product kickoff and throughout the development lifecycle.
    • Team Performance: Growth, accountability, and effectiveness of the product management team under your leadership.
    • Competitive Differentiation: The degree to which our product suite maintains a defensible and evolving advantage in the marketplace.

What you need to be successful

    • Senior Product Leadership: 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years leading a team; experience in B2B2C SaaS or martech platforms and AI knowledge strongly preferred.
    • Outcome and Revenue Focus: Proven track record of driving revenue through new product launches, client upsell strategies, and platform differentiation.
    • Executive Alignment and Influence: Comfortable aligning senior stakeholders around product economics, strategy, and delivery—before and during development.
    • Strong Commercial Acumen: Adept at modeling product ROI, understanding client business drivers, and translating platform capabilities into business impact, especially leveraging AI.
    • Competitive Intelligence Orientation: Skilled in analyzing competitors and evolving market dynamics to inform product decisions and timing.
    • People Leader: A coach and multiplier with a track record of growing product managers and creating high-performance, collaborative teams.
    • Clear, Strategic Communicator: Able to distill complexity, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and create compelling product narratives.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
