For premium publishers, Kochava also delivers real-time outcomes based measurement for leading premium publishers including all major CTV OEM’s, streaming leaders like NBCU and Spotify, and gaining considerable traction across RMN’s and ad-embedded providers like Uber.
We enable the visibility into and management of trillions of data points, hundreds of millions of users, and billions of dollars in lifetime value (LTV) and paid ad spend. Our suite of solutions are used as a growth stack for leading brands and publishers - empowering them to see and manage their data and unleash the power of their connected audiences.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through proactive outbound prospecting. You will guide these prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, effectively navigate opportunities, and schedule high-quality meetings for our sales team to pursue.
Furthermore, you will have the chance to directly manage the entire sales cycle for our Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) opportunities.
As a representative of Kochava, you will have the opportunity to participate in meetings and industry events, where you will articulate the value proposition of Kochava’s comprehensive suite of solutions to key decision-makers.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and identify decision-makers.
- Own outbound prospecting efforts through all channels to engage decision-makers.
- Leverage ABM strategies that resonate with our target accounts list; test and iterate.
- Set up high-quality meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs, including number of meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging and optimize lead generation strategies.
What You'll Bring

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a BDR/SDR.
- Ability to source new large opportunities and connect with all levels at tier 1 organizations.
- Aspiration to develop into a full-time seller.
- CRM hygiene is a must.
- Knowledge of the mobile space or Martech space.
- Fluent in English.
- Located in Barcelona.
Kochava began in 2011 when a team of mobile and gaming professionals saw the need to better understand the feedback loop of user acquisition, engagement, and LTV for mobile applications. Through the process of creating apps for customers from a wide range of industries, we were repeatedly asked if we could shed some light on what media advertising efforts were converting and the effectiveness of their mobile ad spend by partner. Realizing a solution to these questions wasn’t readily available, we started designing and building a mobile measurement platform that would become Kochava.
