Our next endeavor is to support the U.S. Army to automate future ground vehicles. 

We are looking to grow our Business Operations and Strategy team to drive an important business initiative forward. Kodiak is expanding its product offerings to the National Security arena, and this role is critical to maintaining a high-growth environment. This is a uniquely strategic and operational role with a mix of both internal and external-facing responsibilities.

In This Role You Will:

    • Will lead day-to-day execution of program initiatives and tasks – working across the company to manage the program, as well as with the customer, teammates, internal staff, and management to satisfy the technical objectives while meeting all of the contractual requirements
    • Represent Kodiak’s roles, priorities, and capabilities throughout program execution
    • Coordinate resources and define tasks for technical and administrative staff to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of support to the program
    • Regular reporting of program accomplishments and status to customers, the program team, and Kodiak management
    • Provide oversight and support preparation of contractual submissions in support of current and future program phases and scope changes
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final task reports as required
    • Plan, Organize and Facilitate internal meetings and customer reviews
    • Demonstrate a focus on internal and external customer service at all times by fully understanding program goals and risks, and applying this knowledge to deliver results
    • Ensure Kodiak is meeting and exceeding all contract requirements and overall contract compliance.

Qualifications:

    • BA/BS in related field (i.e., Business, Engineering)
    • Strong program management background, with 5-10 years of experience managing development programs, preferably in the AV space
    • Experience with software deployment within Government DevSecOps environments
    • Experience with Other Transaction Agreement/Authority (OTA) agreements with the federal government. Knowledge of contract administration and record-keeping and reporting for the life cycle of a contract
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing fast-paced initiatives, often with multiple stakeholders, and complex schedules
    • Understands compliance regulations, including, but not limited to OPSEC, Wide Area Workflow, and their pertinence to contractual thresholds and mandatory flow-down requirement
    • Experience with the Army Futures Command, Army’s Next Generation Combat Vehicle Cross-Functional Team, Program Executive Office Ground Combat Vehicles

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
