Located in Duluth, GA, Koh Young America has been serving business partners in North America with sales and technical support since 2010. In addition to KYA’s sales and support for North America, Koh Young Research America was established in 2016 in San Diego, CA as a Research & Development hub for artificial intelligence and deep learning technologies.

We are looking for a business planning associate who is interested in shaping the future of Koh Young's medical business. This position will provide support in developing strategic plans and conduct research and data analysis to make critical business decisions.


    • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes such as competitive landscape, market share, market trends, and growth projections.
    • Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals by conducting researches on competitive and/or new technologies, potential applications of the medical device in the development stage.
    • Assist in constructing financial forecasts and analytical models to simulate and evaluate different business scenarios.
    • Assess the company's operational and strategic performance by analyzing data collected from internal and external sources to inform business decisions.


    • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, science/engineering, or business discipline;
    • Master’s in business discipline a plus.


    • 2+ years' experience in market research, business planning, or related fields.
    • Experience in healthcare provider, medical equipment/device industry, or related fields is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Team-oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams.
    • Bilingual in English/Korean preferred.
