Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's general affairs, including facilities management, office administration, and vendor management. This role reports directly to the Director of Administration and collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth operations and a conducive work environment.
 
 
Responsibility
·       Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
·       Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment
·       Act as a point of contact to coordinate repairs and renovations activities with external vendors
·       Procurement of all office supplies and company asset management
·       Manage all contracts and agreements, licenses for the office
·       Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
·       Handle and manage a company accounts, travel agency, improve administrative support for employees
·       Address employee inquiries and concerns related to office and manufacturing facilities and general affairs matters
·       Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences
·       Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
·       Manage ESG and Census data
·       Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
·       Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
·       Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
·       Performs other duties as assigned
 
 
Skills and Qualifications
·       Bachelor’s degree preferred
·       Minimum +2 years of relevant years of experience
·       Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
·       Excellent oral and written communication skills
·       Must have excellent work ethics, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures
·       Experience working with Korean based company a plus
·       Korean/English or Spanish/English bilingual preferred
