What will you bring to Koko

    • KEY RESPONCIBILITY
    •   Must develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it's execution.·
    • Controlling and improving the MTTR & MTBF matrix for plant machineries and equipment's.·
    • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.·
    • Provide the crucial input to management on selection of machines, equipment's and spares procurement.·
    • Create and document the SOPs/WI for Maintenance department as per ISO requirements.·
    • Meet the statutory compliance requirements for Powder coating, waste treatment, RO plant, ETP,STP, Chiller plants.·
    • Must develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it's execution.·
    • Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality.·
    • Monitor equipment critical spare parts inventory and raise PR when necessary.·
    • Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.·
    • Maintain maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.·
    • Setting and maintaining departmental budget.·
    • Managing and maintaining Critical spare parts inventory.·
    • Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.·
    • Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.·
    • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with (OHSAS)

    • Minimum 12 to 14 year

    • Bachelor In Engineering in Mech/Elec
