Your Role
As a delivery clerk, you will ensure timely and correct dispatch of KOKO Points, Cookers, Canisters and other products as per delivery schedule to customers and maintain an effective system for monitoring stock loading as per load manifests with matching barcodes and physical quantities. 

What You Will Do

    • Manage accurate stock transfers during loading of trucks from the loading bay and ensure there is efficiency
    • Receive and prepare work orders, monitor jobs in progress and inform personnel about any logistic problems or updates or customer concerns
    • Monitor stock movement into the trucks from the loading bay and ensure proper documentation and sign off with the driver and security after accurate verification of load and documents
    • Continuous monitoring and scheduling and assigning work to crews, delivery vehicles for the daily task at hand
    • Any other tasks as required by your supervisor
    • Ensure that all relevant procedures, SOPs and routines are followed and adhered to in line with the company policy, procedures and requirements
    • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional conduct and engagements
    • Ensure adherence to respective Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures

What You Will Bring to KOKO

    • Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field
    • Work or internship experience in a busy distribution setup 
    • Basic stock taking procedure and knowledge
    • Good computer skills. ERP working knowledge will be an advantage
    • Must be flexible with patterns of shift
    • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent organizational skills
