Be the single‑threaded owner for a national health‑systems rollout—customer‑facing, hands‑on, and outcome‑obsessed. You turn SOWs into value: plan waves, align execs, de‑risk installs, drive adoption, and make the numbers move.
What you’ll actually do
- Engineer the rollout end‑to‑end: site readiness → install/commissioning → cutover → stabilization.
- Run executive forums with hospital leadership; bring options, risks, and a clear call.
- Integrate for impact with hospital IT (EHR/HL7/FHIR/SSO) and our Product/Eng teams.
- Drive adoption with clinical/ops leaders so value shows up in metrics, not slides.
- Publish the source of truth: one‑page weekly status & value dashboards people actually use.

Must‑haves
- 10+ years leading large, multi‑site Professional Services in healthcare environments.
- IC at director level: personally owned a systemwide or regional rollout.
- Hospital savvy (CNO/COO/CIO, Facilities/BIOMED) and integration fluency (Epic/Cerner, HL7/FHIR/SSO).
- Commercial & financial acumen (SOWs, change orders, PS margin, ROI/NPV/payback).
- Tooling comfort: Smartsheet/MS Project, Jira/Confluence, Salesforce/PSA; BI a plus.
