About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, driven, and highly motivated Content Manager to own the voice of our brand and create content that makes an impact. This person will lead content development across channels—ranging from blogs and newsletters to product one-pagers, presentations, and web copy. The Content Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how our company communicates with customers, prospects, and partners, while ensuring consistency and alignment with our business objectives.
Importantly, this role will fuel our strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motion, creating content that delivers eye opening conversations with our targeted accounts and supports high-value engagement across the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit content across multiple formats: blog posts, case studies, product one-pagers, presentations, newsletters, web pages, and articles.
- Maintain and continuously optimize website copy and company blog to ensure messaging is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Collaborate with the PR agency on press releases, contributed articles, and media opportunities.
- Partner with Product Managers, Marketing, and Sales to develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and tone, while meeting business and marketing objectives.
- Manage the editorial calendar and content production workflows.
- Monitor content performance and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.
- Align content strategy and execution with ABM initiatives to drive impact at priority accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to produce content that drives engagement.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines.
- Highly creative, resourceful, and strategic thinker with an eye for detail.
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, or related industries is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, digital publishing tools, and content performance analytics.
