This entry level Sales Ops position involves creative outbound outreach in finding the right Kotis Design prospects and matching Kotis Design services to meet their swag management needs. Our BDRs will serve as the front-line in prospect outreach with the goal of generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. BDRs will utilize HubSpot and other marketing automation efforts to qualify contacts, and ultimately give our sales team more qualified opportunities for gaining new customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Qualify inbound leads, assign to the appropriate team and ensure follow up
    • Prospect for new business opportunities using ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn, and other reliable data sources and upload to HubSpot
    • Conduct on-going research to identify new leads, obtain contact information and begin targeting through cold calls and emails
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and our service agreement details
    • Achieve quarterly qualified lead/meeting quotas

REQUIREMENTS

    • 1 year of experience in a customer facing role 
    • Experience in sales or cold calling a plus
    • Experience with HubSpot preferred
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
    • Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity
    • Strong time management, ability to multi-task, takes initiative and follows through 
    • Strong attention to detail 
    • Discipline to work remotely 
    • Ability to work business hours in your local time zone, ideal schedule is 8:30am-5pm CST.

COMPENSATION
· $20/hour + $500/quarterly bonus potential
