THE JOB
Kotis helps fast growing brands run and scale their ecommerce programs. As a Program Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing our e-commerce customers, acting as the subject matter expert on our software platform. This team operates on a simple premise – make the client’s life easier. You will deliver dynamic and engaging training and ongoing program management to help our customers, their end users and our internal stakeholders extract maximum value from Kotis’ ecommerce services. Primary focus is to enhance relationships with our key accounts while executing complex projects.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build strong relationships with customer admins, acting as the subject matter expert on how to leverage Kotis’ ecommerce platform across their business
    • Be the expert in features, warehouse & fulfillment processes and application of Kotis’ technology
    • Host customer onboarding and training sessions focused on driving service adoption and usage
    • Interact daily with sales, account management and production regarding client needs
    • Provide ongoing education to clients on new features and processes that will make their life easier
    • Deeply understand the needs of our customers to propose additional service offerings and features that advance customer adoption, train team members to follow suite.
    • Demonstrate autonomy when issues occur, being assertive in resolving issues internally and on the customer side 
    • Manage a high volume of email, phone and meeting requests, able to critically think on complex requests
    • Work effectively across all departments (Sales, Account Management, Production and Operations)
    • Build and proactively maintain online stores
    • Work with Kotis Warehouse and Fulfillment Team to investigate issues and follow up on pending orders
    • Enter daily incoming inventory requests for warehouse to efficiently track inbound shipments
    • Prioritize a constant stream of requests, including tasks like setting up online stores, creating new SKUs and following up on backorders
    • Other duties as assigned 

REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years’ experience in client facing role (Customer Trainer, Customer Success, etc.)
    • Technically savvy and quick learner, ability to acquire in-depth product knowledge and use of Kotis’ technology  
    • Excellent in building cross-functional relationships and alignment
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Excellent written, verbal and visual presentation skills, ability to articulate Kotis’ value
    • Comfortable independently training and consulting anyone in client organization, from our day-to-day contact to the executive level  
    • Has a “fighting for better” mentality to constantly improve and never settle
