At Kids on the Move, we provide life-changing therapy and support services to children and families across our Autism, Childcare, and Family Support Services programs. We’re growing our clinical team and need a leader who’s passionate about helping families access high-quality care while ensuring our billing, credentialing, and intake systems run smoothly and efficiently.
As our Clinical Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll supervise a dedicated administrative team, collaborate with clinical leaders, and take the lead on implementing new services from a billing and coding perspective. You’ll help remove barriers to care, ensure we’re compliant with insurance rules, and support our mission to serve every child who needs us.

Clinical Revenue Operations Manager – Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 4–5 years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or insurance reimbursement
- In-depth knowledge of CPT coding, Medicaid/commercial billing, and payer documentation requirements
- Prior supervisory experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Supervise billing, authorization, and intake staff across multiple clinical programs
- Lead credentialing, claims management, AR reporting, and billing compliance
- Design SOPs for new services (e.g., psych evals, speech therapy), including CPT usage, documentation rules, and payer expectations
- Serve as billing and documentation lead on new clinical service implementation
- Collaborate with payers on rate negotiation and documentation standards for coverage
- Evaluate CRM/EMR platforms and support systems implementation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable collaborating across clinical and administrative teams
Clinical Revenue Operations Manager – Benefits & Schedule:
- Full-time, salaried exempt position (typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility)
