As an EHS Family Educator, you'll be part of a team where collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work closely with families of children ages birth to 3, promoting strong parent-child relationships and supporting developmental goals through weekly home visits and play-based learning. You’ll join a passionate, supportive team of professionals committed to empowering families through education, health, and connection to community resources.

Requirements & Responsibilities

    • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood or a closely related field (required)
    • Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred: 2+ years)
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan and conduct weekly home visits focused on parent-child interaction, development, and family goals
    • Promote school readiness, health, nutrition, and safety
    • Partner with families to complete developmental assessments and set meaningful family goals
    • Identify developmental delays or risk factors and refer families to appropriate services
    • Facilitate monthly playgroups (socializations) to encourage peer interaction and parent engagement
    • Document all services, communications, and observations in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in program planning, meetings, and evaluations
