Position Overview:
The Growth Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end customer acquisition, activation, and expansion. This cross-functional role spans sales, marketing, and customer onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Pipeline Growth
- Execute sales cycles from lead qualification to contract closure
- Build and deploy lead generation campaigns and content strategy
- Analyze sales funnel metrics and iterate on strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage.
- Design and implement scalable onboarding processes to ensure rapid time-to-value for new customers.
Growth Strategy & Optimization
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to personalize messaging and improve targeting.
- Develop compelling positioning, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Operations teams to prioritize features that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Support the development of scalable processes and systems as the company grows.
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives and communicate insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, sales, or business development.
- Experience with both customer acquisition and customer success/onboarding initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and growth metrics.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of healthcare operations and familiarity with health system decision-making processes.
- Previous experience at a high-growth healthcare startup or B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and customer success platforms.
